Recorded in Brooklyn, with celebrated producer/engineer Tariq Khan (Bilal, Slingbaum) the projects strength comes in it's visionary amalgam of the improvisatory and explorative hallmarks of live jazz with sophisticated and intentional post production sonically expressing the sentiments of Audrey's song writing.

"I wrote the whole of this EP within a really short period of time while was staying in an Air BnB in NYC. Each song was about a specific affect I was experiencing at the time, feeling Overwhelmed (Place) Culpable (Taboo) remorseful (Bed I Made) and blindly optimistic (Believe.) I wanted these feelings to be communicated sonically as much as they were lyrically."

The EP moves through intimate and warm vocals too wide and spacey instrumental passages showcasing Audrey's unique ability to harmoniously incorporate her Trumpet into the landscape of traditional songwriting.
